Why do we need three weeks for transformation?
It takes 3 weeks, or 21 days for a person to internalize a new habit.
It takes DNA 21 days to undergo a change of tenure.
A person who wants to change his life is required to insert new habits to replace the old ones.
There is no divine natural law in a vacuum. When something is emptied something else quickly replaces it.
When eliminating a negative habit, if you do not decide in advance which positive habit will replace it, another negative habit will take place.
When the decision takes place to make a daily change, it is common to have days with a lack of motivation or with a desire to postpone the new habit. Once you have continuously practiced forming a new habit for 21 days, your body and mind will start to automatically practice it without difficulty.
We will work with you on healthy eating habits and exercising positive thinking. You can choose whether to include study and meditation.
During the learning and internalizing of a life of relaxation, you will learn to prepare your meals so that when you leave, you could easily continue to do so at home.
This way, you become free to implement the new healthy lifestyle and positive thinking habits.
